Secure Print
Example below is in Word 2016, but experience will be similar for other software programs. This will only be for printers that have Secure Print setup by default.
A. Select Printer (1) and click on Print (2):
B. A window will popup. Put in passcode (3). Once this is put in, it will save this for all subsequent secure print jobs. Please make sure to remember your Passcode, otherwise you will not be able to release your print job and you will have to re-enter a new passcode. See Note at the bottom.
C. Go to printer touch screen and click on Jobs (4):
D. Go to Secure Jobs (5) and click on it:
E. Choose your name (6) from the list of Secure Jobs:
F. Click on Print All (7) to print documents.
Note:
If you forget your passcode, you can always go into Printer Properties, click on the three dots and change it. This will not change it for any secure print job you have already done:
