You can reset you password by clicking on "Forgot Pasword?" on login page.

Your username is typically the same as your windows login:

(first initial of first name+last name)

 

 

You will receive an e-mail from PolicyTech with a link to reset your password:

When you click on the link you should get a page that prompts you to enter a new password:

Once logged on, you can change your password at anytime by going to the top right where your name is displayed, choosing "My Profile" from the drop down, then the tab "Change Password".  Make sure to click on "Save" after you are done.

 

 The password for PolicyTech needs to be changed every 90 days.  Password requirements can be viewed by clicking on the "View password requirements" under your profile in the "Change Password" tab.  You cannot use the same password you used from the previous 12 times.
